Returns Policy

General Return Policy Change of Mind

The following policy applies to both in-store and online returns:

• Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns are only accepted with proof of purchase, hygiene stickers and original tags attached.
• Items purchased more than 60 days ago cannot be returned.
• Used items, washed items and items without the original tags/labels attached cannot be returned.
• Gifts cards cannot be returned.
• Masks cannot be returned.
• Personalised items cannot be returned.
• International orders cannot be returned.
• Swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached cannot be returned.
• Items purchased from a Warehouse and/or Clearance Sale cannot be returned.

Aeon Sydney provides completely free return postage* for all Australian orders. 

How can I return an order by mail?

Please contact us for Free Australia Post Postage Label, once your return got approved:

• Place the item(s) you would like to return in to the Satchel posted to you.

• Stick a return label on to the bag.

• Drop the package off at any Australia Post store or any red post box.
